November fun!
This month we have accessed lots of exciting activities!
We enjoyed making our very own edible sparklers for bonfire night, dipping breadsticks into melted chocolate and sprinkles. We then created exciting fire work pictures by cutting the ends of the cardboard tubes and placing them into paint. We talked about the loud noises we can here at night and the bright colours we can see too.

We talked about remembrance day! We made some poppies using red, black and green paint. Auntie role modelled what a poppy looks like and the children then created their own interpretations, using paint brushes and their hands.

We enjoyed exploring jigsaws finding ways to problem solve, twisting and turning the pieces to fit them in the right slots. We looked at a variety of books, pointing to the pictures and describing what we can see on the pages.
