Autumn in the Toddler room!
This month we have been getting back to our routine after the summer break for some of us, we have been talking about ourselves and what we like to do and play with. We’ve been busy selling ice creams in the home corner. We used ice cream scoops, spoons and bowls to make ice creams for our friends. We then added boxes and tubs. We also had Angel delight to serve ice cream in cones adding sprinkles and sauce! We helped to make the Angel delight.
We’ve also played in shaving foam which we like rubbing in between our hands.
We’ve been talking about Autumn and had coloured pasta for the different leaves. We had a tray with leaves and Autumn creatures on which we like playing with.
While in the garden one of our friends picked up a leaf and we went in the nature area to collect more, we then made pictures to take home. We made leaf rubbings and painted on the easel with Autumn colours.
