Look at the fun we’ve had this month!

This month we have enjoyed spending time in the messy room!

We have shown lots of interest in the dinosaurs so Auntie extended this by planning lots of fun dinosaur activities that help our development.

We had to free the dinosaurs from the ice, working together to come up with various ways to get them out. We used dinosaur bones, hammers and warm water.

The dinosaurs enjoyed exploring the paint, making stomps to create various patterns. We used lots of new language to describe our play and Auntie encouraged us to take turns with them so that everyone had a go.

We then gave the dinosaurs a bath, talking about self care and the importance of keeping clean.

We enjoyed exploring table top activities, focusing on our listening and attention. We showed that we could follow the rules of the games and together we would complete them. We was very proud of ourselves, smiling and using lots of language to talk about it. We explored the coloured gems, labelling the colours and counting how many we had. We decided to stack them to create tall towers which would made a loud sound when they fell!
