June 2025

This month we have been exploring the sunny days in the garden taking part in a variety of activities. We showed an interest in the train track, piecing them together to create long tracks. We pushed them along the track and talked about which destinations we were going too.

We enjoyed the taste of some very cold ice lollies, talking about the flavours and the importance of staying hydrated. We then decided to make our own ice lollies with the Play dough, rolling them into a ball and pushing a lolly pop stick inside. We again talked about flavours and who we would like to give them to.

We showed an interest in building with the blocks creating super tall towers, comparing the sizes. We changed the block sizes we used to make the tower more stable.

We enjoyed engaging in some role play, caring for the babies. We fed them rice crispies and gave them a lovely drink of milk!
