Fire Fighters!
We were very excited when the firefighters came to visit us and tell us all about their job! They told us about the protective gear they wear to go into fires and Firefighter Tom even put his protective gear on for us to look at. We talked about what happens if the smoke detector goes off, and we listened to it’s loud beep. We were very excited when the Firefighters let us use their heat detection camera to see in the dark. We also learnt to stop, drop and roll.
Afterwards Firefighter Ben let us look at the Fire Engine and he showed us the hoses and the water. We had so much fun!
