June in the Baby room!

This month the babies have had fun exploring the sand, we made sand castles with wet sand and made marks in the dry sand.

We had fun creating our cards for Father’s Day! We were developing our fine motor skills by mark making.

The children found Incy Wincy spider in the room so we used our bug pots to catch it so we could have a closer look, we talked about how many legs the spider had and we sang “Incy Wincy spider” to it, we then said goodbye to the spider and let it go and find its friends.
A couple of our older ones have started to transition into the toddler room ready for their new adventures in September.

We can’t wait to do lots of water play and spend lots more time outside now the weather is starting to get warmer.
